Welcome to Launceston Cricket Club
Welcome to the website of Launceston Cricket Club. Over the last few years Launceston CC has moved to a new home at Lawhitton, building a completely new ground.
Our new field has been a great success, and this year, 2008, we have opened our second ground and are aiming to build a new pavilion in the winter.
Our 1st XI have established their place in Cornwall Division 1; our 2nds promoted to Division 3 East. The 3rd XI have been admitted to Division 7 East, the 4th XI play in the local Tamar League, and we run an Evening XI.
Our Juniors section meets every week on Mondays at 5.30pm, at the ground in the season. We run age group teams for Under 11, 12, 13 and 15s, and offer ECB qualified coaching to boys and girls from ages 8 to 15.
You will be very welcome at our family club; come along and see what we have to offer cricketers of all abilities.
